Founder and CEO

• Kyle McCarty, Founder and CEO of FLX ProHost, was born and raised in Upstate New York and has always been driven by a passion for helping others. In 2018, Kyle relocated to North Carolina to pursue a career in fitness training, where he helped individuals improve their health, build strength, and gain confidence. When the pandemic disrupted the fitness industry in 2019, Kyle’s business came to an end, opening the door to a new passion: property management.

• Over the years, Kyle built extensive experience managing residential properties, including 100+ unit developments in Raleigh, North Carolina. Through these experiences, he strengthened his natural abilities in leadership, organization, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional service to both property owners and guests.

• While Kyle enjoyed many successful years in North Carolina, his connection to the Finger Lakes region never faded. The beauty, character, and sense of home that defined the area ultimately brought him back to his roots. Inspired by that deep connection, Kyle founded FLX ProHost with a mission to share the Finger Lakes experience with others through thoughtfully managed short-term rentals—creating comfortable, welcoming stays where guests can feel at home, experience the region, and make lasting memories.
